What a CS Landscaping & Building patio includes
Site clear and excavation, 100mm Type 1 sub-base, full mortar bed (not spot-and-dab), 1:80 falls for drainage, cut-in to walls and steps, brush-in resin jointing compound and a final clean down. Optional sealing, step construction, walls, lighting and planting borders all handled by the same team.
